Welcome to the 98th Humormeister's Forum edition

Many people enter a stressful period after the holidays. My antidote to stress is humor and laughter.

Instead of 'worry wrinkles' - develop 'laugh lines!'

One of the most effective ways to fight stress is laughter! Humor, jokes, a good laugh makes you forget your stresses. You can't be happy and be stressed at the same time.

It has been scientifically proven that laughter helps to alleviate physical and emotional pain. Doctors tell us to keep our spirits high, to laugh more and we will be healthier and heal faster.

Funny quotes

We are on earth to do good unto others. What are the others here for? I have no idea! - W.H.Auden

The 1 Minute laugh

Three friends attending the funeral of a deceased friend were asked, "When you're in the casket and family and friends are mourning over you, what would you like them to say?"

Kevin said, "I would like them to say, I was a wonderful husband, a fine spiritual leader, and a good man."

Greg said, I would like them to say, "I was a wonderful husband, a fine teacher and made a huge difference in people's lives."

Ken said, "I like them to say - Look he's moving!"

Kids are funny!

Out bicycling one day, with my eight-year-old granddaughter Carolyn, I got a little carried away with my thoughts and said, "In ten years, you'll want to be with your friends and you won't go walking. biking and swimming with me like you do now."

Carlyn shrugged and relied, "In ten years, You'll be too old to do all those things anyway!"
