Spring has finally arrived. We live next door to a large park, and overnight the junior soccer teams are setting up for their games, kids are running and parents are cheering and laughing.

Dandelions are springing up, the grass is getting greener, and trees are budding out. Nature has awakened from it's Winter hibernation. Yes, Spring has sprung!

How's your laugh life?

You don't have to join 'Humor Anonymous' to put humor into your life. Create your own 12 step program.

1. It's okay to be silly when things get too serious - sometimes 'nonsense' makes the 'best sense.'

2. Surround yourself with 'positive' and 'fun people.'

3. Don't restrict your reading, listening, or viewing to 'bad news only!'

4. In your leisure time opt for comedy TV, fun videos, fun audios etc.

5. Take a cue from children - they are the greatest source of humor.

6. Don't shut out humor because you think it's a waste of time and makes you look immature.

7. Use humor and laughter for stress release and relaxation.

8. When depressed or in a 'down mood' - call a 'Humor Buddy.'

9. Collect humor material - create your own 'humor library.'

10. Schedule fun into your life - if you don't, it won't happen.

11. Keep fun items around you - toys, cartoons, pictures, posters.

12. If you can't laugh - smile! Fake it until you make it!
