Welcome to the 68th Humormeister's Forum edition
With the emphasis today on health and fitness, I have put together a new webpage 'Laughter Yoga Therapy.'It explains how laughter yoga started and how it benefits the mind as well as the body.
Since it's birth, laughter yoga has gained tremendous popularity and has well over 5000 laughter yoga clubs around the world.

If only losing weight was as easy as losing my cell phone, my keys, my temper, or even my mind......I'd be skinny. - Author unknown
If women ruled the world, there would be no wars, just a bunch of jealous countries not talking to each other - Author unknown
The 1 Minute laugh
Grandmas' don't know everything.....
Little Tony was staying with his grandmother for a few days. He'd been playing outside with the other kids for a while when he came into the house and asked grandma, "What's that called when two people sleep in the same room and one is on top of the other?"
Grandma was a little taken aback, but she decided to tell him the truth. "It's called sexual intercourse, darling." Little Tony said, "Oh, Ok," and went back outside to play again.
A few minutes later he came back in and said angrily, "Grandma, it isn't called sexual intercourse. It's called bunk beds. And Jimmy's mom want to talk to you!"
Humor from our richest humor resource......our kids
I was taking a shower when my two-year old son came into the bedroom and wrapped himself in toilet paper.
Although he made a mess, he looked adorable, so I ran for my camera and took a few shots. They came out so well that I had copies made and included one with each Christmas card.
Days later, a relative called about the picture, laughing hysterically, and suggested I take a closer look at it.
Puzzled, I stared at the picture and was shocked to discover that in addition to my son, I had captured my reflection in the mirror....wearing nothing but a camera.
This is one holiday greeting my family will never forget!
Put on a 'Happy Face'
Define Happiness Are you living it? If you know happiness is inside you then happiness becomes a focus that helps you to live your best life.
Accept yourself Without self-acceptance, you will limit and block much happiness.
Follow your joy There is a big difference between searching for happiness and following your joy. A good way is to reflect on questioning yourself - When am I the happiest?
Choose happiness Set a positive intention to let today be more enjoyable than you thought it was going to be.
Happiness is free A lot of happiness is overlooked because it doesn't cost anything. To prove this point, make a list of everything in your life that costs no money and is totally priceless - like nature, flowers, laughter/joy, friendship, kindness......
Relish your relationships People who give their time, energy and attention to their most important relationships experience more happiness.
Learn to forgive Living happily starts with forgiveness. You can't carry a grievance and hope to be happy.
Express gratitude Gratitude is often thought of as the shortest way to happiness. The more grateful you are, the happier you will feel.
Don't be a martyr When you try to play the martyr, you lose and so does everyone else.
Live in the 'now.' Enjoy the moment, this minute, this hour, day.....
Laugh it up! Laughter is good for the body and the soul. A life without laughter is not fully lived!
